PRE-VISIT

Once you schedule your appointment you will automatically be sent an email/text letting you know that it was approved. Two/Three days before your appointment you will also receive a text/email reminder. Please let me know if you need to cancel, reschedule or change what you are scheduled for.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

2. A parking lot is located to right side of the salon building as well as both sides of the street.

3. Feel free to come right in and if I am not ready for you, please have a seat in the waiting room while helping yourself to a beverage and/or snacks.

4. After we consult, perform the service(s) decided upon we will conclude our time going over any styling tips or product recommendations. You will be given the option to pre-book if that best fits your needs or you can contact me when you are ready. You can expect a follow up text later on to ensure that you are loving your new hair and address any questions/concerns that you may have.
